1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 600 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to support our growing global team.

Reporting directly to our Manager, Implementation, the Technical Implementation Consultant will be a key member of the team that delivers the value of the PowerReviews solution to our clients and demonstrates strong leadership within the team. The Technical Implementation Consultant will partner with an Implementation Project Manager and work directly with internal and external teams from project inception to completion, providing them guidance on best practices and helping with technical troubleshooting as they implement their PowerReviews solution. They will also work internally with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support to execute on client projects as well as implement efficiencies within our internal process. 

As Technical Implementation Consultant at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

• As the PowerReviews solution expert, lead clients to a timely and quality implementation of the PowerReviews platform.

• Act as a trusted advisor with deep product knowledge, striving to understand the client’s goals, pain points, and advise on configuration possibilities within the PowerReviews platform.

• Design solutions merging client requirements with PowerReviews best practices.

• Assist clients with construction, ingestion, and validation of data feeds.

• Provide technical consulting to clients by reviewing client-side HTML, Javascript, and CSS.

• Identify and execute internal improvement opportunities to optimize delivery of implementation and onboarding services.

• Stay current on PowerReviews solutions and the ecommerce industry.

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience is required.

• 3+ years of experience in client facing, application of technology position at a software or technology company.

• 1+ experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, or other programming languages.

Desired Skills and Experience: 

• Proven track record of driving projects to successful completion, on time and with overall customer service satisfaction.

• Outstanding communication and client facing skills including the ability to communicate technical requirements/notes to non-technical users.

• Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail.

• Knowledge of or experience with SQL, APIs, XMLs is a plus.

Additional Details:

• This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Chicago headquarters location.

• This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in the US.

• This position requires up to 5% travel.
