- Review, analyze, organize and summarize complex commercial contract packages relating to the provision and use of IT services.
- Exercise discretion to apply pre-defined attributes to different contractual provisions to enable a contract categorization and management process.
- Work independently in a diligent and efficient manner to meet or exceed agreed-upon deadlines.
- Experience with SpringCM or similar document management systems is strongly preferred.
