What You'll BringHave a Bachelors degree, 3+ years contract negotiations work or comparable experience
Have strong Microsoft Office (notably experience working with negotiating and redlining documents in Microsoft Word), experience working with a contract management system or similar technology, and other technical skills.
Possess the ability to make decisions independently, prioritize effectively within a fast paced environment, and change priorities when sense of urgency is required.
Possess a solid track record of project management and superior client service.
Outstanding written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
We'd Love to See:
Have a thorough knowledge of software licensing and information technology.
Possess a working knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations and/or prior work experience in the healthcare or healthcare information technology industry.
Impact You'll MakeReview, summarize, and redline contracts with external customers for TransUnion Healthcare and affiliated entities.
Function as a project management “liaison” between internal business teams (sales, operations, finance, etc.) and the Legal Team.
Provide visibility for management and internal business teams into the status and progress of contract reviews and negotiations with new and existing customers and vendors.
Serve as a central point of contact regarding contracts for the internal business teams.
Perform special projects to support the Legal Team.
Manage internal contract approvals and assist with data entry of all customer and vendor documentation.
