What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years prior work experience in an operations function, business, consulting group or other professional setting.
Preference to work in a team.
Demonstrated experience employing initiative, independent thinking and creative problem solving. You see a problem and propose a solution.

Proven track record to successfully pick up new skills on the job. You quickly learn new technologies.
We’d love to see:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to assist with producing high-quality documents and presentations.
5+ or more years in project management, business, operations, law firm or related experience.
Masters degree, J.D. or 5+ years’ experience in contract management highly desirable but not required.
In depth knowledge of contracting and legal process.
Experience in a healthcare organization or information technology company.
Familiarity with Salesforce and contract management systems.
Impact You'll Make
Responsible for managing critical contractual formation including standard and non-standard contracts to drive business unit revenue through our customer sales function.
Handle difficult situations, which require diplomacy and tact, with professionalism and efficiency.
Understand the business case and appreciate financial/analytical issues and profit and loss implications.
Apply independent judgment and analysis of significant issue identification and resolution.
Review and redline complex contracts in accordance with TransUnion policies to ensure compliance and mitigate business and legal risk.
Provide authoritative guidance to healthcare business leadership as well as internal and external business teams on business unit procedure and objectives relating to contract activity.
Serve as the primary contact for cross functional team collaboration (i.e. sales, operations, finance, product) to proactively identify, develop, improve operational efficiencies, streamline contract negotiation, and ensure business continuity.
You may mentor and train less experienced professionals with a future opportunity to manage a team.
Coordinate day-to-day responsibilities of the Healthcare contract administrators/Legal Operations specialists.
Develop metrics to measure and monitor the impact of legal and legal operations team.
