Recruiting Coordinator
Belvedere Trading is a leading proprietary trading firm proudly headquartered in downtown Chicago. Our Business department is comprised of several key teams who work to ensure that Belvedere is operating at the highest level. We are seeking a dynamic Talent Coordinator to join our People Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working in a fast-paced environment, remarkable organizational skills, and attention to detail. Primary functions include interview scheduling, calendar management, and general administrative support. Belvedere Trading looks to recruit the best and brightest to join our teams, and our Talent Coordinator will be imperative in that process.
What you'll do
- Partner with internal recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to support life-cycle coordination for both experienced and campus hiring
- Manage scheduling logistics and interview preparation for interviews
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates on their interview day
- Track all candidate activity and interview feedback with a high level of detail and data integrity of our Applicant Tracking System, Lever
- Post positions on various job boards and other external sites
- Manage company social media presence, postings, and content calendar
- Manage inventory of marketing materials (brochures, giveaways, banners, etc.)
- Assist in planning and execution of campus recruitment events
- Represent Belvedere Trading at on-campus and experienced recruiting events
- Coordinate candidate travel and expense reimbursements
- Develop strong relationships with interviewing teams
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Team
What you'll need
- 0-2 years of administrative experience with human resources or recruiting coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Prior experience working within an applicant tracking system preferable
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be a team player; adept at working with multiple people at any given time
- A resourceful individual with the ability to be effective independently and drive your own workload
- Incredible organizational skills; superb attention to detail
- Flexibility: able to shift tasks and priorities in response to hiring priorities
- Desire to expand current recruiting skill set
- Ability to track and analyze data and report data in a clear, organized format
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Demonstrated interest or previous experience in marketing and graphic design
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat is a plus
- Willingness to travel seasonally as needed for campus recruiting events
- Bachelor’s degree required

Work Schedule: Regular and reliable attendance during standard business hours. Occasional nights and weekends.
