WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
The Managing Principal is responsible for driving the growth and delivery of the Microsoft practice within Business Applications and Modern Work. This role focuses on shaping, evolving, architecting new solutions that enable Point B and our customers to fully realize the value of their Microsoft 365 investments. As a leader of the Tech Build practice, this role helps define and build Point B’s Microsoft solutions go-to-market strategy and related offerings, including identifying opportunities and selling engagements. This individual engages in thought leadership to showcase Point B’s unique perspectives on the application of Microsoft solutions and how it enables Point B’s technology focused growth strategy. You are responsible for evaluating technologies and creating solutions aimed driving growth at Point B, creating value for our customers, and sustaining our competitive advantage.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE:
Takes a leadership role in defining, building and delivering on Point B’s go-to-market strategy and related solutions and offerings
Drives annual sales goals of $1Million+; ability to lead a sales team from lead identification to solution design and opportunity close-out
Shapes and architectsnew solutions that enable our customers to fully realize the value of their Microsoft 365 investments
Works with Point B colleagues to identify opportunities and sell engagements that use the Microsoft 365 suite of collaboration tools
Mentors early career associates in how to architect solutions on the M365 platform; provides technical leadership to team members such that vision, requirements, and design are translated into technical product
Works with partners within and outside of Point B to design and deliver best-in-class solutions
Authors thought leadership pieces and participates in marketing events that showcase Point B’s unique perspectives on how Microsoft solutions are enabled
Stays on top of emerging technology trends, and methodologies
Actively engages in Point B’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts
Consistently demonstrates and lives Point B cultural tenets and values
B.A. or B.S. in a business or technology field of study required
10+ years of experience on leading and delivering the design and build of Microsoft-based technology solutions
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively, including discovery, requirements gathering, engaging subject matter experts and stakeholders, translating requirements, and configuring/building Microsoft solutions and apps
Experience providing technical oversight and leadership to team members in delivering Microsoft solutions and apps
Has a keen sense of designing automation solutions for organizational processes, considering impact on both processes and people
Has a vision for digital collaboration in the modern workplace and aptitude for critical and analytical thinking
Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both orally and in written form
Experience working effectively as a technologist and has experience with business processes in one or more industries and/or business functions (e.g., Operations, HR, Finance, etc.)
Deep expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online (knowledge of prior SharePoint versions a plus), Microsoft Teams, and other M365 technologies
Experience with annual sales goals of $1Million+; ability to lead a sales team from lead identification to solution design and opportunity close-out
Demonstrated ability to stay up to date on the latest updates to the Microsoft 365 platform, as well as future roadmap features announcements and virtual conference information
Ability to travel up to client site
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Ability to work from home
Ability to work non-standard work hours as necessary

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The estimated salary range for this role is $195,500 - $321,500 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
