We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Program Manager to join our fast-paced, groundbreaking Digital Acquisitions Strategy and Operations team (DASO). The role requires attention to detail, a strong executor of digital campaigns across various platforms, and navigate complex workflows and processes.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of executing digital ad campaigns to meet performance and delivery goals with a passion to improve the way we work. They have a strong familiarity within the digital advertising landscape (primarily display programmatic, paid social ads, analytics and attribution).
What you get to do in this role:
Set up dynamic brand and lead generation type campaigns in 3rd party platforms, create tracking pixels and tags
Provide technical support regarding creative and product capabilities
Work with our creative teams on the setup, QA and launch of creatives on campaigns
Work closely with ad partners and agencies to effectively launch and maintain all campaigns
Perform daily evaluations and optimizations for campaign health, suggesting reallocations and ensuring full delivery of all campaigns against budget and campaign goals
Partner with external vendors to help optimize campaigns
Suggest and help develop more efficient workflows
Conduct case studies and share key learnings with the team
Provide delivery reports to account managers and internal Brand and Campaigns teams
Help troubleshoot technical issues related to campaigns and ad technology usage
Partner with other internal teams to ensure ad execution aligns with our overall Digital Acquisition strategy
Assist with billing and variance reporting
To be successful in this role you have:
5+ years of ad operations and digital marketing experience
Familiarity with the digital advertising landscape and related technologies
Proficiency in Google Campaign Manager, DV360, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), Adobe Analytics, Tableau or similar ad tech
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, operationally and team minded
Technical proficiency in ad technology with capacity for problem solving
Familiar with business analytics and producing data-driven insights and reporting
Quick learner with an interest for learning new technologies
