The Affiliate Manager is a key member of our digital marketing team. You will oversee existing affiliate partner relationships and develop new affiliate partners in an effort to drive new customer acquisition. Campaign management and reporting will also be the responsibility of the candidate. Management of affiliate partner agency will also be required.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with existing affiliate partners to maximize partner satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate campaign performance on a daily basis
  • Prepare detailed reports, tracking progress (by partner and campaigns) and analyze results, identify and troubleshoot issues
  • Diagnose affiliate partner needs and implement strategies to help drive revenue and customer acquisition growth 
  • Work as liaison between affiliates and internal departments to coordinate campaign updates and troubleshoot delivery, tracking and performance issues
  • Manage the campaign launch process from start to finish, inclusive of partner kick off, tracking, creative design, optimization and delivery of performance reporting
  • Utilize CRM internal systems to ensure all campaign information is updated and accurate
  • Support senior management, assist in day-to-day account needs and maintain consistent and constant communication with partners
  • Proactively using data, trends, market insights, and logic to develop tailored campaign recommendations and opportunities for continued success.
  • Create payment structures to drive volume growth and retention
  • This position requires 5% travel.

  • 3+ years in results-driven digital marketing, analytics or account management with a focus on affiliate marketing 
  • Experience with Commission Junction or similar affiliate network prefered 
  • Demonstrated relationship development experience or ability
  • Data-driven problem solver with an analytical mindset
  • Self-motivated to dig in to learn about products, technology, customers, and competitors
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask to meet deadlines and changing priorities
  • Process oriented with a strict attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • Able to contribute to a team while working with other departments and logically prioritizing various requests and responsibilities
  • Google Drive and Excel skills, including pivot tables and charts
  • Completion of a four-year degree program in Marketing, Communications or similar field
