Associate Vice President, Marketing Operations
Enfusion is on the lookout for a detailed and process-oriented Associate Vice President of Marketing Operations to oversee and carefully develop, maintain, and optimize all marketing processes.
In this role, you will be a critical element of Enfusion’s success, allowing us to target the right buyers, build relationships with customers, execute campaigns, collect and organize data, as well as generate high-quality leads from offline channels.
You are the glue that holds marketing together, enabling integration across teams and departments, allowing us to become more effective in our initiatives.
A master of analytics, you use data to tell a story, which you deliver through elegant reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets to help others understand your message.
The devil is in the details, and you live to find and replace inaccuracies or inefficiencies with better practices, processes, and systems that will allow us to scale.

What You'll Do
- Manage a direct report: marketing operations and database analyst
- Manage the MarTech stack, marketing automation (Pardot), CMS, webinars, analytics, social etc. And manage vendors related to these technologies
- Manage technical aspects of Pardot and Salesforce to generate, distribute, and report on leads, establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
- Own and manage our digital properties which include the website, CMS, updates, content updates, web developers and all other related vendors and software
- Own, manage and optimize the lead flow management between MA and CRM
- Project manage large complex projects within the marketing team
- Own our data strategy, build the global prospect, customer and insights database and data research vendors
- Conduct complex data analysis that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company. Generate reporting & analytics around online and offline marketing channels, and develop insights to inform campaign strategy and process improvement
- Responsible for managing and reporting on the global marketing budget
- Be responsible for the planning, management and logistics for global trade shows & customer and prospect events
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing operations strategy to ensure efficient processes for the whole marketing team.
- Balance execution and marketing strategy to automate and optimize reporting channels and dashboards, and integrations across sales and marketing tools Mentor junior team members & cross-functional members
- Prove ROI of offline marketing and growth channels, and explore new resources to support those channels
- Manage direct mail and print vendors
- Create and maintain metrics on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impacts, and analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights to make recommendations on areas for optimization
- Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
- Partner with the marketing team to develop and create an organic inbound strategy, and work with the content marketing team and external vendors to optimize SEO, and traffic to our digital properties.
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all programs
- Build and manage the marketing database strategy and implementation. Manage external list research vendors.
- Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
- Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers
- Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
- Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
Who We Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field from a reputable school
- 5– 7 yrs of professional marketing experience at marketing/PR firm or department
- Significant experience developing client messaging and sales/marketing materials
- Previous experience working with Pardot and Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
- Experience in channel and partner marketing and marketing to multiple customer segments
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- Superior attention to detail, ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, and work independently
