The Senior Manager, Demand Generation is a high-impact role that will set the strategic direction of demand generation and execute on all levels of campaign deployment needs. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, this person will have a knack for analytics and experience executing campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, email, and search. The Sr. Manager of Demand Generation will assist in developing new and existing business working closely with product marketing to help provide insight and market the organization’s product benefits to generate demand.

SPECIFIC DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, design, plan, manage, measure, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
  • Oversee Account-Based Marketing programs to generate marketing account leads in enterprise segments
  • Set the demand generation budget to achieve short, mid- and long-term goals.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue for campaigns aimed at acquiring new and retaining existing business.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve user acquisition channel strategies, campaign performance, and increase conversions.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the Marketing team to drive conversion rate optimization by developing new landing pages and ensure all pages abide by the latest SEO best practices.
  • Work with Marketing and Product teams to a/b test landing pages and campaigns.
  • Build out tests, analyze performance, and implement winning variations. Develop and automate lead scoring methodologies, nurture email campaigns, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Regularly analyze and communicate marketing performance to your peers as well as executives in order to support your strategic recommendations.
  • Work with sales and marketing to orchestrate a comprehensive account-based marketing strategy using tactics such as live events, webinars, content, and digital advertising to reach our buyers.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS And EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of full-time demand generation experience
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, SaaS experience preferred
  • CRM, marketing automation experience
  • Acquisition and retention business strategy experience with proven track record of meeting pipeline and revenue goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of performing well under pressure, delivering results in a fast paced environment
