Job Description The Commercial Banking marketing team is looking for a bright, talented Content Strategist to engage Commercial Real Estate (CRE) clients and prospects with timely content aligned to the sales journey. You'll join and collaborate with a tight-knit team of marketers to define and deliver our value proposition, key messages and thought leadership content across traditional and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of strategic content marketing initiatives and thought leadership programs designed to address the needs of CRE professionals; and, provide a platform to deliver key insights and industry best practices to help them better run their businesses. You will work directly with firm partners to help build and manage an annual content marketing and thought leadership calendar.
Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the CRE content marketing and thought leadership strategy providing clients and CRE marketplace with a deeper understanding of our value proposition and deliver key insights.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, third party data/information providers and customer groups to deliver an effective content marketing and distribution strategy that meets business objectives and client needs including;
    • Align and deliver content tailored to each of the business lines and their respective client base
    • Work with key partners to create and amplify content across all relevant channels
    • Work with Media partners to syndicate proprietary thought leadership content in CRE industry publications and news sites
  • Build and manage an annual content marketing and thought leadership calendar; as well as the distribution strategy
  • Develop and manage a content dashboard to evaluate content performance and influence future topics and distribution channel strategies
  • Ensure all marketing programs are managed within budget and on time, optimize return on marketing investments and report on program performance


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 7-10 years of content marketing experience with proven track record of delivering thought leadership programs, real estate or commercial banking experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing strategy and distribution channels
  • Experience creating, scaling, and distributing content including big-picture series/projects-across platforms, for highly targeted audiences, and using data and analytics to continuously make strategic optimizations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as abilities to build collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and to partner effectively with marketing partners
  • Copy writing and editing experience a plus
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
  • Proven ability to develop content calendars, with a short- and long-term view
  • Estimated 25% domestic travel may be required
