What you will be doing
We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for delivering an aggressive content marketing strategy to create brand awareness and increase demand generation. You'll have excellent writing and editing abilities, be able to manage several projects with little supervision and be an expert at communicating about our products and market to our key audiences. You'll also be a person who is passionate and willing to work as part of a high-performing marketing team. We have an incredible mission, team and brand at Elevate K-12, and we’re getting better every day. Responsibilities
- Lead Elevate K-12's content marketing strategy across all marketing platforms
- Develop core stories and strategic subjects for editorial content to boost organic traffic and engagement with Elevate K-12 target audiences
- Create and manage an editorial calendar as well as an organizational workflow
- Oversee and assist with the implementation of the social media strategy
- Assist in the creation of educational content (blogs, webinars) on complex topics from an editorial standpoint
- Assist in the creation of short-form material (ie: headlines, subheads, webinars, video scripts, social media posts, landing pages and other marketing assets)
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver effective marketing content in alignment with go-to-market strategy
- Coordinate the organization and publishing of assets within CMS
- Develop and monitor KPIs to continuously improve the content strategy
Who you Are
- 1-3 years of experience in content writing
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your work effectively to hit deadlines and marketing goals
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, conflict management, administration, reasoning and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
