This is a new position, supporting executive-level programs- TransUnion’s annual Global Leadership Meeting, virtual CEO roundtables, Investor Day and virtual Global Town Hall meetings. This position will be virtual-heavy for a minimum of the next 12 months and will connect closely with our Corporate Communications and leadership teams. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, project manager, and competent in event technology.
What You'll Bring
Bachelors’ degree in marketing, communications or similar discipline with a minimum of 5 years of marketing or event marketing experience in a professional setting
Proven Virtual Event platform expertise
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot while maintaining composure
Attention to detail, coordination, and logistics
Strong project management and follow-through skills
Flexible and proactive approach to work, able to juggle multiple priorities and projects with resilience under pressure along with the ability to adapt to change
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce (or a similar CRM), Aventri (or similar registration software), Outlook and Zoom
Impact You'll Make
Build and lead the strategic and tactical operational plans to ensure executed events achieve the event goals which includes pre-event, day(s) of event, and post-event logistics- venue sourcing, signing contracts, catering, registration, audio visual, branding, mobile app, budget reconciliation, etc.
Create comprehensive event project plans, conduct regular checkpoints with deliverable owners, escalate risks and challenges appropriately and ensure event is delivered on time and on budget.
Demonstrate ability to create new virtual event programs from the ground up, across time zones and geographies, that are engaging and interactive.
Act as a strategic partner to the team by recommending improvements to previous events, implementing industry best practices, suggesting innovative ideas and cost efficiencies to ensure event success.
Manage the build, use, and training of the available technology tools.
Lead speaker preparations, session recordings, and event moderation activities.
Drive all event testing and quality control procedures before and during the event.
Coordinate deliverables with marketing strategy and creative services teams including graphics, asset sheets, promotional items, promotional items, etc.
Create and distribute event-related communications as needed.
Plan, forecast, and manage a defined budget.
Deliver post event reports with data-driven analysis including attendee feedback, goal attainment, and recommendations for future event improvements.
Manage technology onboarding with Procurement and Global Technology teams.
