Corporate Partnerships Channel Manager
SUMMARY:
The Corporate Partnerships Channel Manager will be responsible for generating new student enrollments from the All Campus Corporate Partner (CP) network of over 1,000 companies and individual corporate partner relationships cultivated by the All Campus sales team. All Campus forms corporate partnerships with companies whose strategic needs for their employees align with the online master’s, bachelor’s and certificate programs in our portfolio, offering eligible CP employees tuition benefits on these programs.
This individual will nurture existing relationships within the All Campus CP network to raise awareness of All Campus university partner programs and maximize prospective student visibility, leads and student starts. The CP channel manager will work closely with the sales and marketing teams supporting the nurturing and onboarding of new corporate partners and their students into the network. They will act as the main point of contact for platform/communication flow optimization and maintenance and monitor performance of the channel overall to ensure ROI is maximized.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Grow new partnerships and maintain and expand existing partnerships within the corporate partner network
- Work with the CP business development manager to onboard new providers and individual companies and associations to the corporate partner network, including development of microsites and providing additional marketing collateral as needed by partner
- Manage marketing initiatives across CP channel, including booking placements and maintenance of marketing calendar
- Develop and execute new ideas and strategies to increase lead generation and partnership performance
- Track corporate partner channel performance, developing KPIs, reports and analysis to provide channel insights
- Keep partners updated about new University programs in the All Campus network, as well as maintaining all partner materials
- Field questions from prospective students
- Assist with billing and tracking/payment of invoices
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
- Minimum bachelor of arts or bachelor of science degree, ideally in business or marketing.
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing/advertising.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding customer support and client service skills required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Drive, specifically Excel and Sheets
