Customer Marketing Manager

The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the customer experience and promotional offerings to create a virtuous cycle between our offline (retail) and online (subscription) business, as we look to scale sales and product availability to thousands of Kroger locations and leverage Kroger’s digital assets. You will be expected to work with members across the marketing and retail teams at Home Chef and Kroger to lead marketing opportunities and help capitalize on the parallels between our online and offline business. You will help us hit in-store growth and ecommerce sales goals and help solve the most complex problems that the meal solutions industry has to offer.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to promote Home Chef across Home Chef and Kroger customers to help us achieve in-store (offline) and online (subscription) revenue goals, while conveying results and learnings to other stakeholders
- Work with Kroger & 84.51° teams to garner effective advertising placement in Kroger assets such as email modules, product recommendations, targeted coupons, Kroger banner sites, etc.
- Use data/customer insights to formulate, launch, test and optimize campaigns across the customer lifecycle through various channels
- Focus on optimizing the customer experience to capitalize on online and offline synergies (e.g. use in-stores sales as lead generation for our online business & as an avenue to re-engage dormant offline customers)
- Leverage retail customer insight data to identify brand-building opportunities throughout promotional campaigns
- Manage creative, messaging, and content development for customer communication program
- Constant desire to improve our in store customer communication and omnichannel attitude
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a fast pace, results oriented business
- Experience in executing strategy at a Food or CPG brand with a physical footprint is a plus, but not required
- Strong time management and organization skills - with ability to manage long-term projects with various deadlines and key deliverables throughout
- Results driven, creative problem solver with a desire to get things done by utilizing out of the box thinking and a diverse set of resources
- Collaborative and excited to work with cross-functional teams
- Intellectually curious, independent self-starter, driven to find data-informed solutions
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, multitask & prioritize assignments
