About The Role:
The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for the overall strategy, execution and measurement of demand generation. You'll partner closely with Marketing and Sales to successfully generate pipeline and nurture leads. The Demand Generation Manager is passionate about finding the best sources for leads, creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy, following best practices and analyzing performance metrics for improvement. You'll owns campaign strategy across channels to fill the top of the funnel, lead nurturing through the buyer’s journey and support the sales team. A close partnership with the sales team is critical.
How You'll Make An Impact:
- Generate net new leads through outbound campaigns including: digital advertising, email campaigns, and other vehicles that may emerge
- Develop and manage an Account Based Marketing (ABM) program
- Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identify and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Set goals and measure results, both for specific campaigns and long-term results
- Communicate with various stakeholders about campaign schedules, results and potential roadblocks
Metrics and KPIs
- Achieve quarterly lead targets and support sales opportunity and revenue targets
- Monitor KPIs including monthly leads, conversions to opportunities, leads tied to business closed and metrics for individual campaigns
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of lead/demand generation, managing campaigns and tracking metrics
- Must be able to build a strategy, execute a plan and measure results
- Deep understanding of demand generation and performance marketing, including experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies that feed the top of funnel and building digital relationships with our brand through PPC and SEO.
- Demonstrated expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience marketing to enterprise customers is preferred
- Knowledge of marketing automation software (Terminus, Marketo, Salesforce) essential
- Excellent writing, oral communication and interpersonal skills
