What you will be doing
As Elevate K-12's Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels. These programs will include outreach to our existing database through marketing automation; lead generation through events and search engine marketing, and optimizing the use of our own website as a lead generation channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving leads and revenue for SaaS companies. This position reports to the Director of Demand Generation and requires collaboration with the Marketing Communications, Sales, and Operations teams. You'll also be a person who is passionate and willing to work as part of a high-performing marketing team.

Responsibilities
- Drives strategy, planning, and execution of demand generation campaign activities on time and within budget to achieve sales targets
- Owns webinar and email strategy, development, and execution process from end-to-end
- Helps craft strategy and logistics of webinars in partnership with other stakeholders
- Develops captivating content to support the growth of key target accounts, ensures messaging is aligned with strategic goals and topline messaging
- Provides ongoing best practices, performance, and recommendations to the campaign architect to improve overall ROI of campaigns, budget, and programs
- Works to maximize the Elevate K-12 solution-based messaging through campaign promotions on the company website, paid channels, and to Elevate K-12’s email database
- Communicates back to the business monthly and quarterly on metrics of engagement
- Drives continued optimization of managed vendors and projects through performance analysis, testing, and more
- Works closely with segment marketing managers to ensure optimal performance of in-market campaigns
- Improves and optimizes campaign performance to drive Sales revenue by target segment
- Continuously evaluates and provides improvements for solutions and process improvements across go-to-market initiatives
Who you Are
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation or segment-based marketing role
- Proven success managing demand generation programs to yield desirable sales outcomes
- Requires strong reporting capabilities and the ability to provide insights and analyze multi-channel campaign results
- Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
- Previous project and budget management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work seamlessly in a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and problem-solving skills
- Strong results orientation with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Hubspot, Marketo and Salesforce experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced changing environment that is going through high growth
- Believes in self and is passionate about learning and growing
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and can easily switch gears to manage multiple project types
