As the Digital Acquisition Manager, you’ll work on the marketing team, responsible for pay-per-click (PPC) marketing including search engine marketing, display advertising, and social media advertising to drive global interest in ActiveCampaign.

What your day could consist of:

  • Research, plan, and implement targeted pay-per-click marketing campaigns on all relevant digital advertising platforms, including search, display and social media
  • Execute against both prospecting and re-marketing strategies across platforms including Google Display Network, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and AdRoll managing performance to agreed return on investment goals
  • Manage global campaigns including region-specific search engines and social media networks
  • Collaborate with regional teams sharing performance insights and leveraging their local expertise to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Implement and optimize conversion tracking across relevant channels for all campaigns
  • Test and experiment aggressively to find winning tactics and strategies to grow all channels
  • Understand and work with the demand and digital teams on tasks such as budgeting and pipeline forecasts
  • Utilize ActiveCampaign’s industry-leading technology including our landing pages, web personalization, and tracking as part of your campaign strategy
  • Serve as a thought leader and expert for our customers seeking to implement similar advertising strategies in conjunction with ActiveCampaign
  • Work with Content and Design teams to develop high performing creative ad content (graphics and video)
  • Incorporate PPC programs into relevant initiatives such as product launches and seasonal salesManaged related contractors and vendors

What is needed:

  • 4+ years in a performance marketing role at an agency or in-house managing an 8-figure+ marketing budget
  • 2+ years experience in B2B marketing and familiarity with B2B metrics 
  • 2+ years experience with international campaigns, search engines and social media sites 
  • Experience measuring digital campaign success through revenue attribution, multi-touch attribution, and closed-loop reporting 
  • Understanding and experience using 1st and 3rd party data to drive performance
  • Hands-on expertise with popular global and regional digital advertising platforms 
  • End-to-end understanding of the advertising process, campaign set up, tracking, optimization, and attribution
  • Strong quantitative skills and the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to clearly communicate results, key takeaways, and areas of opportunities
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and experimental mentality
  • Experience working with Martech products is a plus
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics and concepts a plus
