The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for evaluating performance and maximizing results of ReviewTrackers’ marketing campaigns, developing automated reporting, and using insights from their findings to offer additional direction for our marketing campaigns. 

ReviewTrackers offers a creative and collaborative marketing environment. Digital Marketing Analyst will be challenged to do more than just report. We love marketers who are always coming up with creative ways to optimize our campaigns or launch new ones based on what we see in the data.

The Digital Marketing Analyst will be charged with overseeing paid marketing, affiliate listings, and other campaigns. The ideal candidate will also have email marketing and marketing automation experience (Marketo)—or a willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate has three to five years’ experience in digital marketing analytics, a strong paid search background, and understanding of digital marketing attribution.

Essential Job Duties.

• Build, deliver, and present analytics reports, including integrated dashboards.
• Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activities (campaigns, emails, SEM, etc.) across multiple media and distribution channels.
• Oversee paid marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications.

• Proven experience building and managing paid marketing campaigns (SEM, retargeting, affiliate listings, etc.).
• Strong quantitative skills necessary to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Adwords.
• Expertise in Excel and creating pivot tables.
• Expertise in Salesforce, Marketo, and other sales and marketing technology.
• Expertise in the technical implementation of attribution (cookies, UTM codes, etc.)—and using various attribution models to measure the success of marketing campaigns. 
• Experience driving results through A/B testing.

Preferred Qualifications.

• Ability to build and report on email marketing and marketing automation efforts.
• Ability to built and testing landing pages.
• Email database maintenance. 
• Experience in SaaS marketing.
