What’s the vibe like in the office?

The best way for me to describe ReviewTrackers is that it has never felt like someone was building a wall but instead has always felt as though my colleagues are extending a table. We are laid back and fun but also growing at such a fast pace that it is impossible not to find yourself surrounded by a team that is energized.

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

As the CEO and Founder of the company, I make it a goal to have lunch with members of the ReviewTrackers team every week. I enjoy getting to know everyone better and learn what drives them. These casual lunches make me more accessible to the rest of the team while allowing them to get to know me on a more personal level as well.

The work-life balance I have at ReviewTrackers made me realize that I never actually had it prior to working here. We cultivate an environment where we show up on time, hustle, and pack up at a normal hour because we accomplished what we needed to.
