West Monroe is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Chicago. This position will work closely with members of the Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Leadership team as well as individual industry segments to execute, measure, and innovate against the digital marketing strategy across key channels. Specifically, this position will manage day-to-day activities for our website and digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, Display, and paid social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook as well as spearheading social media advocacy firmwide. In addition, this position will be responsible for management and delivery of reporting on all digital activities. We are seeking someone that brings passion and new ideas to the table, understands the value of ROI and how to measure the impact of marketing, and is a strategic business partner willing to work across all levels to achieve goals.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with Digital and Direct Senior Manager to activate strategy for all digital B2B marketing initiatives and, in partnership with agencies, executes against strategy for paid and organic programs. including SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Works cross-functionally to deliver digital marketing that aligns with individual and team goals, providing best practices, recommendations, and testing opportunities to drive optimal outcomes.
- Leverages manual and automated reports to provide feedback on performance of all digital channels and progress against goals (ROI and KPIs), managing channel budgets and campaigns in real time.
- Identifies trends and insights in channel performance, working with internal teams and agency partners to implement recommendations that optimize performance and spend based on the insights.
- Conducts all reporting on digital channels leveraging tools like Sitecore, Google Analytics, Saleforce.
- Manages maintenance and enhancements to website via Sitecore CMS, partnering with internal teams and digital agency of record to continuously update website with new content and deliver user experiences that drive demand for West Monroe.
- Oversees social advocacy program and conduct firm-wide training on social media tools.
- Ensures West Monroe is staying on top of trends by participating in networking groups and conferences, subscribing to related thought leadership, and connecting with peers.
- Identifies and drive innovative tactics to build our brand online.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales and marketing, or related disciplines
- 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience with proven ability to deliver demand generation programs, experience in account-based marketing and B2B preferred
- Demonstrated success managing digital marketing initiatives both paid and organic, including SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Proficient in website content management systems, experience with Sitecore preferred - Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Site Improve, SEMRush, etc.)
- Analytical experience measuring results from digital marketing initiatives
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage projects from conception through completion
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Very organized and ability to manage time, relationships, schedule multiple meetings, and stay on top of multiple communications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and quality experience
