We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Client Success team! The Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO/SEM) is the liaison between key strategic retail automotive clients and Company and ensures that the client’s goals and needs are being met and performance metrics are delivered each month. This key client-facing role is responsible for delivering optimal brand presence across SEM (including Display/Remarketing), YouTube True View campaign performance, Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram) and working with the SEO department for all search engines. As a leading provider of digital marketing solutions, our client setup, launch and ongoing support is extremely important for the success of our business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business' growth and success.

Position Responsibilities:

• Build, grow and maintain positive relationships with clients through pro-active communications that stretch beyond basic metric reporting
• Consult with strategic clients regarding web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planning, link building, and keyword strategy as part of specific OEM program implementation
• Oversee the implementation, optimizing and tracking of our SEM and SMM programs, following up the measurement and reporting of campaigns from start to finish
• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization, aligned with the client’s overall SEO strategy
• Create client-facing documents and complete reviews of accounts with clients on a minimum of a monthly basis, ensuring compliance with client and internal SLAs
• Consult with clients to better target identified audiences and maximize budget spend
• Partner with Client Success Consultants on client performance management and cultivate their ability to consult on digital marketing optimization for all clients
• Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices

Position Requirements:

• Google certification required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Business preferred
• 2 years of experience as Search Engine Marketing Specialist or similar role
• 5 years of full-time work experience, internship or other relevant experience
• Experience in the Auto industry is preferred but not necessary
• Experience and knowledge of Google Analytics; AdWords, Analytics, Bing, Facebook Ads Certified preferred
• Experience with client support and ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Experience with the Microsoft suite of products as well as Google properties
• Must be organized, detailed oriented and self-motivated to take initiative
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment to take direction well and to juggle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Consistently demonstrate the ability to move into problem-solving mode whenever challenges or concerns arise
• Great interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
