We’re looking for this person to join us in our Chicago office, while working remotely with the ability to return to the local office when permitted.
How you’ll help
Develop and execute persona-based, multi-channel campaigns that drive results working closely with head of marketing, sales leadership, and revenue operations. This role is pivotal to Jellyvision achieving pipeline and ROI targets. A strong understanding of marketing demand-generation, buyer journey definition, and sales pipeline management is required.
What you’ll do
- Partner with marketing and sales leadership to develop demand generating programs to drive new qualified leads as well as accelerate existing pipeline through the buyer journey.
- Develop outbound and inbound marketing campaigns, including email, paid advertising, social media, webinars, web optimization and SEO, content syndication, and more to deliver qualified pipeline for the sales and BDR teams.
- Define, execute, and optimize demand generation strategies and channels across product lines and priority audiences; be accountable for the performance of these programs in service of company growth and revenue goals.
- Optimize our Account Based Marketing (ABM) program to deliver persona-based messages and materials to key decision makers
- Partner with Rev Ops to build systems and processes to track and report on campaign performance and use this data to continually optimize campaign strategies.
- Be ready to lead a talented team of growth marketers while developing their skills and helping define their career paths.
Experience & skills you’ll need
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation and ideally 10+ years in digital marketing
- Enterprise level SaaS demand generation experience is strongly preferred
- Experience hiring, leading, and growing high performing teams
- Digital marketing experience with SEO, PPC, content syndication, paid social and more
- Working knowledge of account-based marketing techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work across communication mediums
