What you will be doing
As Elevate K-12's Director of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels. These programs will include outreach to our existing database through marketing automation; lead generation through events and search engine marketing, and optimizing the use of our own website as a lead generation channel. The ideal candidate will be extremely entrepreneurial, with a strong track record of driving leads and revenue for SaaS companies. This position reports directly to the SVP of Marketing, and requires extensive collaboration with the Marketing Communications, Sales, Operations and Product teams.You'll also be a person who is passionate and willing to work as part of a high-performing marketing team.

Responsibilities
- Build and lead execution of full funnel (prospecting, retargeting, and nurture) integrated, multi-channel campaigns through a variety of digital marketing tactics and channels including SEM, social media, e-mail, display, content syndication/intent data, online review sites, and other industry/advertising partners
- Maintain calendars, budgets, and analytic tools to track campaigns and communicate plans and results internally and with agency partners
- Track, test, report, and analyze metrics to optimize campaign performance and opportunity conversions with granular tracking across relevant KPIs
- Work closely with Sales, Operations and MarComms to implement Elevate’s GTM campaigns based on the needs of targeted buyers across relevant segments to ensure the right messaging for the right audience
- Develop new strategies to increase touch points within a customer’s journey to optimize conversion rates
- Work cross functionally with Sales and others to continuously improve lead scoring, qualification, and quality, as well as lead follow-up process
- Create and manage Salesforce Campaigns, coordinating with RevOps, and others
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, industry partners to review and advise on opportunities, secure contracts, traffic creative and invoices, monitor performance
- Coordinate and build relationships with internal partners including Operations, BDRs, Sales, and others to ensure timely execution, coordination, and communication on campaigns, gather feedback and customer insights to influence campaign optimization and planning, and ensure targeting/messaging accuracy
Who you Are
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience; 4+ years in digital marketing
- Extensive experience in the development of digital campaigns and budgeting, execution, testing, and tracking performance utilizing tactics including email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and programmatic display
- Career success delivering results with a metrics-driven mindset and excelling in tracking campaign performance and associated spend down to granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
- Must have experience managing agencies and coordinating with vendors and external industry partners
- Hands-on experience utilizing various MarTech, CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo and Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience strongly preferred
- A focus on analytics during campaign development and a commitment to ROI with results tracking and success measurement
- Demonstrable success in strategic marketing disciplines and willingness to learn, try, and suggest new and creative ways to reach prospects
