RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Use your industry and client knowledge to develop, sell and deliver an offering that helps advertisers solve the biggest emerging challenges in Digital Media, covering diverse areas such as Retail Media strategy and platform development; internal AdTech development for advertisers, publishers and AdTech vendors; post-cookie media solutions and Customer Data Platforms
  • Leverage EPAM's strength in custom software development, data science and product development to provide advertisers with bespoke technology and data solutions that provide differentiated value over standard market solutions, paired with evolved operational models
  • Build our North American go-to-market strategy, identifying key propositions, client verticals and prospect attributes and developing or customizing sales collateral to sell effectively in these areas
  • Lead internal evangelization of the proposition in the market; develop a strong internal network amongst EPAM's Account Managers and Business Development team, understand existing client relationships and projects to identify Digital Media cross-sell opportunities
  • Leverage your own network amongst major advertisers, publishers and AdTech businesses to drive new business opportunities
  • Work with the VP, Digital Media to define the right organizational structure to deliver effective client work and scale quickly; lead hiring efforts in North America to quickly grow your team to support business growth
  • Manage key client stakeholders through delivery phase and support delivery teams to ensure high quality execution
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels, plus external and internal partners to maximize growth across a portfolio of clients


REQUIREMENTS

  • Expertise in Digital Media, with the ability to apply your knowledge to a variety of client problems across advertiser, publisher and AdTech verticals
  • An appetite to join a start-up environment within a large, but rapidly growing organization to help build a new business unit - start-up experience a plus
  • Passionate about thought leadership - intellectually curious with a passion for the subject matter, plus an opinion on where the industry should be going and how to get there
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering consultative solutions to help clients overcome business-critical challenges, while fostering relationships
  • Management consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Strong problem solving and creative solutioning abilities
  • Superb verbal and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Domestic travel required (20%)
