Your Impact
As the Director of Marketing (Partner and Channel), you’ll put your marketing smarts to work building out and run our partner and channel marketing programs, supporting our sales team and partners by designing unique and effective messaging, tools, and campaigns to help boost their success. You’ll also determine the strategy we’ll take to recruit and on-board new business partners, giving you the chance to work with some of the country’s most influential brokerages, carrier partners and industry leaders
Responsibilities
A Director of Marketing (Partner and Channel) will:
- Dream up new and innovative marketing strategies to boost sales
Support and collaborate with their direct reports, other Jellyvisioners, and our partners
Develop and drive the direction and vision of Jellyvision’s channel and partner marketing
Design and roll out marketing plans that’ll have short- and long-term impacts on sales
Build and nurture industry relationships
Focus on driving measurable, sales-based results
Develop a deep understanding of our partner and channel pain points, seasonal relevancy, and calls-to-action
Create marketing copy and collateral that’s relevant for each of those personas.
Coordinate with stakeholders (schedules, feedback, initiatives etc.)
Communicate concisely and effectively
Work well independently (without much guidance)
- Lead with an entrepreneurial, collaborative style
Experience & Skills
We’re looking for a Director of Marketing, Partner and Channel who has 10+ years of experience leading Channel Marketing, as well as a solid understanding of the health insurance and employer benefits industry.
