Director of Marketing
The Director of Marketing is responsible for the execution of the strategic vision for marketing. This position serves as the strategic partner for the Vice President of Marketing and is tasked with finding innovative ways to enhance efficiency and productivity. This position also selects, develops, and evaluates colleagues.

Responsibilities
- Directs, manages, and mentors the marketing team.
- Coordinates efforts with Sales Operations and Sales Management.
- Identifies website strategies; oversees continuous improvement of website.
- Develops content roadmap and schedule.
- Develop and implement the marketing plan for the division aligned to the corporate objectives, achieving marketing KPIs and supporting sales & growth objectives.
- Manage team to execute marketing activities, with a strong focus on communication, messaging and positioning, leveraging relationships with the Demand Center, Field Marketing, Product, Sales and Service.
- Build and nurture relationships with the sales team to over-communicate and gain alignment on marketing plans while ensuring proper lead follow up to achieve targets.
- Working with Demand Center and Inside Sales, determine the best go to market strategy, constantly looking at ways to improve the intake and conversion of the lead funnel.
- Align with and secure buy-in from multiple stakeholders, including executives, sales, corporate and other marketing SMEs.
- Responsible for the direct communication of Marketing with the Division leadership - President, VPs of Sales, Product and Service.
- Report directly to the Vice President of Marketing on all Division Marketing business
- Work directly with operations and Demand Center to produce metrics.
- Report on campaign success and business contribution.
- Manage the Divisional Marketing budget.
- Responsible for Sales Enablement program development and ongoing delivery.
- Oversee segmentation strategy for GTM.
- Working with the analyst relations manager, oversee the strategy for the Risk analyst relations program.
- Responsible for the team's creation and rollout of all sales enablement across the sales team, ensuring on target messaging and alignment.
- Delivers constant flow of content and marketing collateral, including website content, blog, client case studies, product videos, earned media, social media posts, sales collateral, brochures, etc.
- Works with the Demand Center to ensure generation of qualified leads through digital outreach, marketing automation tools, CRM, and web analytics.
- Delivers actionable analytics regarding marketing performance.
- Maintains comprehensive marketing business plan and budget.
- Conducts ongoing market research and win/loss analysis.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
- 10+ years of previous marketing management experience.
- Strong business acumen in enterprise software/SaaS informed by reporting and analytics required.
- Preference experience directing website design, development, and maintenance required.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, CRM, and marketing automation tools (Hubspot and Marketo preferred).
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or other similar image editing tools for use in building content preferred.
