Supernova Lending, LLC (“Supernova”) is a fast-growing company providing wealth management lending SaaS solutions to financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, broker/dealers, Registered Investment Advisors, etc.). Those institutions then are able to help their clients’ by offering a competitive and flexible liquidity solution. Our marketing team is critical to help clients achieve their successes. We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile marketing leader with experiences in software products and digital marketing to join us in our Chicago, Illinois office. The role reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define Go-to-Market strategy for our SaaS based lending solutions. Craft the segmentation, positioning and messaging for Go-to-Market plan
- Develop adoption campaigns to meet specific buyer needs/pain points and move them to action
- Create and prescribe tailored content mix for buyer roles such as sales presentations, whitepapers, articles, research papers, infographics, blogs, collateral leave behinds, webinars, and copy for digital ads, emails, videos, and the website
- Ensure consistent execution of overall and segment-specific content, assets, through all market-facing channels, including website, account based marketing, social media, field marketing, etc.
- Ensure consistent execution of campaigns and programs through active tracking of full funnel marketing metrics (MQL’s, SQL’s, SAL etc.) and provide recommendations to improve program and campaign investments based on conversion rates
- Use marketing and CRM automation to improve processes and productivity
- Manage buyer list segmentation to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Coordinate events/conferences as needed
- Perform other duties as necessary
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of product and digital marketing experience in SaaS or software/technology firms
- Track record of successfully leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop Go-to-Market plan, and execute multi-channel marketing programs
- Creative yet data-driven, must understand how to translate marketing metrics into opportunities for action
- Self-starter and passion for “doing the impossible;” committed to testing, learning, and iterating
- Previous experience partnering closely with sales teams to deliver sales enablement assets/training and having accountability for influencing sales pipeline development and participating in client engagements
- Financial services software and familiarity with consumer lending a plus
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to multitask and prioritize
- Certifications and/or experience working in an Agile environment and using Jira, Tableau, Google Analytics, On24, wikis, Marketo, Hubspot or similar
- Bachelor’s degree
