Director of Search
Accelerated Digital Media is looking for a Director of Paid Search who will oversee our search program. ADM’s paid search program supports a client base of VC-backed and growth-minded ecommerce and lead generation companies. This position is responsible for developing and innovating our paid search strategies, leading our paid search teams, contract renewal and upsell management, and overall success of all paid search clients.
The Director of Paid Search will report to the VP of Client Services and is responsible for directly managing 2-4 Senior Managers on our paid search team.
Responsibilities
Develop and innovate core-strategy processes for paid search campaigns across all platforms
Support Senior Managers with all deliverables as needed, inclusive of strategy, client communication, KPI benchmarks, and reporting
Determine team structure, client assignments and fully own employee performance plans/reviews along with promotions
Lead channel specific expansion opportunities for existing clients and work with Client Services and Senior Managers to assess opportunities, create pitch materials, and present to the client
Contribute to paid search sales opportunities for new business, working alongside the sales team
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficient in data aggregation and analysis
Exceptional understanding of paid search campaigns
The ability to set expectations, communicate expectations effectively to direct reports, and effectively manage individuals towards these goals
