Job Description Summary
The Email Marketing Specialist will assist with the development, management, and optimization of CCC Intelligent Solutions' email programs-including promotional and newsletter campaigns, automated/behavioral sends, and highly personalized journeys. Part of this role is also providing analytic support to hold campaigns accountable in terms of conversion, deliverability, and other KPI goals. The specialist will also help champion standards by applying email/digital marketing best practices and brand guidelines to email production and content creation.
Job Duties

  • Manage Email Production process by coordinating Creative, Marketing and Technology teams for accurate and on-time delivery.
  • Assist and contribute to innovative content planning discussions, as well as execution and analysis of the email programs.
  • Support department segmentation efforts to create a more personalized customer experiences.
  • Lead tracking and reporting program performance metrics and analysis to ensure campaigns are meeting the necessary standards/expectations.
  • Assist with cutting-edge content creation for email when necessary.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices, regulation/compliance, and privacy issues.
  • Assist with strategy decisions leading to continuous advancement of email features and capabilities including targeting, personalization, and template development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders: market managers, creative, legal teams and more.
  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

  • Degree minimum: Bachelor of Business Marketing
  • Specific concentration: Email/Web (production, deployment, content development)
  • Experience level: 3+ years, at least 1 year marketing experience within digital channels

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

  • B2B marketing
  • eCommerce marketing
  • Email Marketing Analytics

SPECIALIZED TRAINING OR SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Salesforce/Pardot experience a plus
  • HTML knowledge and responsive email best practices used for email production
  • Organization
  • Detail Oriented
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Google analytics proficient
  • Ability to react quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Works well with a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Help continuously analyze and improve marketing programs and identify enhancement opportunities based on improved knowledge and insight gained from analytics
  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM requirements, other key regulations. ISPs, monitoring tools and best practices, staying abreast of changes in landscape that require adjustment of strategies to ensure deliverability
  • Experience reviewing and modifying content to ensure accuracy optimization.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capable of working with tight deadlines
