In order to keep up with our massive growth, we are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our team and take the lead on all of our global events. The core function of the job is planning and executing our virtual and in-person events planning from start to finish. 

In this role you'll:

• Research new event opportunities in each of our key markets and use data analytics to make a business case on participation.
• Create the annual budget for marketing events.
• Consult with the Business Unit Leaders and get their impressions and recommendations for upcoming events
• Connect and negotiate with event’s organizers on the event’s package inclusions and costs 
• Oversee and scale marketing collateral inventory, social media posts and emails related to events.
• Oversee the events calendar to ensure timely execution of the program.
• In-person events: coordinate pre and on-site arrangements for all events: negotiate for space contracts, order supplies and equipment, ensure appropriate décor, serve as a liaison with vendors on event-related matters, and assist with managing on-site production. When on-site, represent the company as a sales team member.
• Create post-event reports to demonstrate event ROI.
• Identify best leads and upload them to HubSpot; ensure a smooth marketing-sales handover; develop a leads pipeline.
• Virtual events: research, initiate and facilitate virtual events for the company as well as organize, prepare, and upload content for external virtual events.

• 1-2 years experience in planning, executing, and managing business conferences for B2B company(SaaS preferred)
• Skilled in marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot) - An advantage
• Highly self-driven, with a willingness to work with different time zones
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good team player
• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
• Super-organized person, with proven ability to manage several fields at the same time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (with peaks) and adapt to rapid change
• Job requires travel (up to 30%)
