MARKETING MANAGER, INFLUENCER RELATIONS - EUROPE Ensono is a fast-paced global hybrid IT services provider in the heart of Chicago’s tech scene. The Ensono Marketing team is a fast-paced and exciting team that acts as a growth engine for our business. We are responsible for generating awareness and driving demand within Europe and India; specifically, in the UK. We are looking for a creative, passionate and detail-oriented individual who can build the Ensono brand in the UK, Poland, and India through media and analyst relations. The role reports into the Marketing Director, Global Influencer Relations and takes local direction from the Marketing Director, Europe. Key success metrics include: Share of Voice, analyst briefings, report mentions, speaking engagements and award wins. While this role’s focus is targeted on the European market, this person will sit in either Chicago or Downers Grove and travel as needed. As such, it is critical that the right candidates for this role have prior experience working globally and ideally within the UK. And be an expert at virtual work.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Work across time zones which often requires early morning start to accommodate the UK and flexible hours in order to work with Poland and India as needed

• Monitor media outlets for coverage on clients and competitors
• Work across multiple disciplines to gather and curate content into press releases and client reference materials
• Coordinate submissions for key analyst reports eg the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Public Cloud Infrastructure Professional and Managed Services, Worldwide.
• Coordinate analyst briefings with the product and leadership teams including presentation and message development
• Manage the European Employee Advocacy platform and run ad hoc training as required
• Ensure global social media platforms contain European content
• Work with the European Managing Director on his social media profile as well as his profile in media and with analysts
• Virtual management of the Marketing Intern during his/her Influencer Relations rotation
• Drive and coordinate India and Poland public relations activities as necessary
• Manage budget
• Determine metrics and drive toward achievement

Experience
