What You'll Bring1 - 2 years of experience working in a marketing or digital marketing environment ideally in Email, SMS &/or micro-content
Experience building, scheduling and testing communications
Working knowledge with HTML
Ability to plan and prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks
We'd love to see:
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Qualtrics
Impact You'll MakeYou will perform day-to-day email/SMS communications activities including study set up, tagging, deployment of onetime, recurring and triggered survey campaigns, troubleshooting of technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution.
Collaborate with others to create effective branded communications and messaging appropriate for a variety of channels including email, SMS, Whatsapp, phone, and mobile intercept.
Continuously testing, measuring and optimizing communications
Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity and security of the contact directory
Develop standard templates for the communication of insights and manage the central repository of work
Design regular communications on the Insights Program and share outcomes to key stakeholders
Document standard operating procedures
