What You'll Bring

We’re looking for a communications professional to join TransUnion as a Specialist on our Internal Communications team. This person will join a dynamic communications team that helps build and protect TransUnion’s reputation with key stakeholders worldwide. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across TransUnion including our creative team, Operations, Human Resources, Brand, Global Technology, Legal and more.

You will have primary accountability for communication production, taking final content to the finish line by handling activities such as translation, formatting, intranet posting and email distribution. You will partner with colleagues on the Internal Communications team in implementing strategic communications programs, including content development, approvals and delivery. Your projects will focus on internal communications, and most of your deliverables will focus on internal channels such as email messages, intranet stories, digital signage, videos and presentations.

You will lead the Internal Communications Team’s editorial calendar process, monitor metrics related to key channels, and prepare reports that communicate the effectiveness of internal communications deliverables.

Additionally, you will collaborate with business partners in other functions in the development of stories featuring TransUnion’s associates, business priorities and growth.

A minimum of 1-3 years relevant professional experience, preferably in a corporate or agency settin

Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese

This role will have responsibility for managing several channels of internal communication at TransUnion. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple streams of work. Additionally, the candidate should possess versatile communications skills – including strong written and verbal communication – and the ability to develop a variety of communication deliverables, working with cross-functional teams within TransUnion and outside agencies.
