Junior Influencer Marketing Associate

Summary of Responsibilities:
This person will assist with day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns which will include: researching and identifying potential partners, daily communication, and performance monitoring. This person will play a crucial role in the growth of Home Chef’s influencer marketing program and will develop a strong understanding of the influencer landscape.
Responsibility Area: Managing Influencer partnerships at scale:
- Research, identify and recommend new influencer partners using in-house software and tools and select based on a list of criteria
- Perform outreach to target influencer partners, negotiate rates and brief influencer on content requirements
- Manage daily communication with influencer partners from beginning of the campaign to completion
- Handle logistical elements of the campaign including: helping influencer order Home Chef meals, creating tracking links and voucher codes
- Work with influencers on creative concept development and content revisions
Responsibility Area: Monitoring and tracking performance:
- Monitor for content to be published and ensure all contracted elements are present
- Monitor content performance using in-house tools and compare with performance goals
Responsibility Area: Industry news/trends monitoring:
- Stay up to date on industry news and compile weekly reports on trends and new tools in the influencer marketing space

- Interest in influencer marketingAbility to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge and understanding of social media platforms specifically YouTube and Instagram
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and influencer relationships simultaneously
- Some marketing/advertising agency experience preferred (internship or full time role)
- Completion of a four-year degree program in a related field (please describe): Completion of four year degree in marketing, communication, public relations etc.
