What will your day look like?
Responsible for developing and implementing campaigns and promotions that support the Credit Union's Member onboarding, engagement (usage), and retention efforts. Identify key tactics to promote the marketing of consumer deposit and consumer lending products to tech-savvy consumers. Use knowledge of members' behaviors and needs in order to create personalized journeys that drive action. Build relationships, maximizes digital tactics, and analyzes data trends with a focus on optimizing and producing results.
Responsibilities

- Brainstorm and develop ideas for innovative, integrated marketing campaigns and encourage Members' knowledge and participation (usage) of Credit Union products and services, support Member onboarding, encourage engagement and ensure Member retention.
- Performs background research and analyzes past marketing efforts to recommend brand-appropriate engagement strategies to support member and product engagement goals.
- Use expertise in various integrated marketing channels - including, but not limited to, advertising, direct marketing, online advertising, email marketing, website and social media to recommend the appropriate mix for the marketing objective and target audience.
- Create strategic marketing and communication plans. Establish goals, defining strategy and selecting most effective channels.
- Direct internal teams or external vendors/agencies on the execution of assigned campaigns.
- Works with the in-house creative team to design, develop and distribute creative assets to support onboarding, engagement and retention campaigns.
- Establishes measurable, achievable goals and provides consistent reporting for each onboarding, engagement and retention tactic.
- Use understanding of how members research, learn and choose their assigned product or service to compose multichannel campaigns.
- Communicate marketing projects thoroughly and successfully to team members through written and oral communication.
- Develop internal relationships, build trust and work successfully with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Ensures campaigns are thoroughly tested and proofed to guarantee accuracy and quality.
Adhere to and ensure compliance of all business transactions with policy and process of the Bank Secrecy Act. Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, company procedures and policies. Maintains integrity and ethics in all actions and conversations with or regarding credit union members and their accounts; complies with Privacy Act directives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related - Minimum
Experience:
5+ Years' Experience in Marketing or Related - Minimum
Experience in Lieu of Education:
8+ Years' Experience in Marketing or Related - Minimum
