Responsibilities
The Manager of Digital Optimization is responsible for executing key digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition. This is a highly cross-functional role that needs to partner with various business stakeholders including technology, operations, marketing and agency partners.
Successful and flawless execution of each campaign is necessary to meet overall business goals. In addition to digital campaign management, the role will be responsible for the development of a customer acquisition plan, app store ratings and rankings and key 3rd party partnerships that result in significant business impact.
Minimum Requirements
• 5-7 years of digital marketing or digital strategy experience. Digital agency experience is a plus.
• Promotional (digital or non-digital) experience desired
• Strong quantitative & qualitative analysis skills
• Strong technical skills; proven ability to work with and influence engineering team
• Experience translating customer and business needs into a digital product requirements
• Foundational mobile app knowledge regarding basic integrations between brand app and 3rd party services
• Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing indirect reports to achieve organizational goals\\Curious, task-oriented, and a self-starter, with a proven track record of “getting things done”
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for discovering consumer behavior, trends, and opportunities for innovation
