THE POSITION:

As a core member of the marketing team, you will assist with the execution of marketing campaigns aimed at moving leads through the pipeline. Partnering with sales, you will work mostly via Hubspot to drive quality leads for our sales organization through thoughtful, optimized processes across all digital media channels. You will also partner with our customer success team to drive campaigns to enable our clients' success.

In this role, you will deploy high-quality, investing/finance-oriented content and monitor results. You are passionate about data-driven marketing and making a measurable impact. This key role will help drive inbound growth and customer expansion.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance or Economics (or related experience)
• 2-5 years experience in marketing or operations (preferably B2B, SaaS).
• Excellent Hubspot skills.
• Operations mindset and process focused.
• Exceptionally focused on the details. You triple-check everything.
• Data-driven and conversion-oriented. You create and monitor your reports to understand what activities drive conversions at each stage in the funnel, and continually refine processes to improve.
• Works independently to drive initiatives while being confident enough to ask for help when necessary – if you need an answer you find it.
• Focuses on scale and automates commonly requested needs.
• Excellent communicator both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with the wealth management space, a plus.
