This role will support the fast paced strategic growth of Home Chef’s marketing team. As the Marketing Associate you will be the hub of the execution and project management for the tactics to engage the shopper for retail and subscription platforms. This role will require a very high level of collaboration working cross functionally with teams both internally at Home Chef and with our partners at Kroger. Strong organizational skills are all must to be successful in this role. Opportunity to learn and engage in other areas of brand marketing as well.
Campaign executions:
- Targeted media (including mailers, online ads, search, coupons etc) submissions, deadlines, creative requirement, results tracking
- Managing multiple systems (prism, caam, podio, promoteIQ)
- Coordinating store list needs for all campaigns
- Collaborative planning, submissions, creative requirements for email
- Catalina and other coupon submissions, deadlines, creative requirements, results tracking
- Ensuring team marketing calendar is always up to date with the latest campaign details
Project management of retail and eCommerce creative executions:
- Maintain an organized list of projects and lead weekly briefing meetings to share project needs and assign to each designer
- Timeline management including setting review meetings and check ins and help see projects through to completion
- Working closely with the creative team/designers to understand bandwidth, project scopes and statuses, address creative needs such as specs, dielines, photography etc
- Manage creative revision needs after reviews by key stakeholders
- Review final creative files for accuracy & send out all final files to key stakeholders
Reporting and other retail marketing tracking:
- Monthly Creative reviews
- Submit all discounts to the finance team
- Pick up & delivery item set ups
- Monthly pulls of Mintel and other insights reports

- Completion of a four-year degree in Marketing
- 2+ years of experience in a rigorous fast-paced work environment – CPG, manufacturing, data analytics consulting, finance, etc.
- Individuals who are motivated, hungry to learn, data-driven and eager to get a valuable hands-on experience will be rewarded with opportunities to grow within this role
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Professional communication and relationship building skills
- Previous marketing or project management experience preferred
- Independent self-starter, driven to find solutions without significant oversight
- Intellectually curious
- Results driven active problem solver with a natural desire to get things done
