Marketing Automation Manager

The Marketing Automation Manager will help guide the design, quality assurance (QA), execution, maintenance and reporting of automated marketing programs and email campaigns across business units. Responsibilities for this role include Marketo program strategy, monitoring and analyzing, governance of program process, training and further developing the Marketo Playbook. This individual will execute program development, Marketo system development, measurement protocol and template execution. This role supports strategic marketing leadership, reporting to the Director of Digital & Marketing Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical ideation and build of a tier 1 demand generating, nurturing and program/qualification scoring system.
- Create emails, landing pages, forms, and reports that support our overall marketing strategy and align with business unit goals.
- Develop and maintain program flows to successfully move prospects through the customer journey.
- Drive campaign setup and process are aligned with overall platform architecture and scoring.
- Creating nurturing & scoring programs to support marketing strategy.
- Leads and documents Marketo process and procedures document.
- Standardizes, cleans and uploads contacts from SFDC into Marketo when necessary.
- Collaborate with brand & digital leaders on creation, execution and optimization of programs to improve engagement.
- Report performance of all marketo campaigns.
- Work closely with SFDC teams to ensure continued communication between platforms.
Experience Desired:
- 5+ years of experience as MAP administrator; ideally Marketo certified but not required.
- Can demonstrate experience in marketing automation including nurture, segmentation & program reporting.
- Handling data in accordance with HIPAA
- Optimizing digital programs that engage, inform, advise and motivate our audiences.
- Proven ability to create forms, landing pages and program reports.
- Understands A/B testing, the importance of it and how to experiment with the MAP platform.
- Strong knowledge of performance KPIs & website analytics - Google Analytics, Pendo.
- Understands UTM codes, how to create, implement and report on.
- Worked cross functionally with various stakeholders across a variety of business units.
- Working knowledge of CMS’ including Wordpress is a plus.
