Neighborhoods.com is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist role to support the implementation of our marketing automation tools and help develop strategies to implement trigger, nurture, and traditional email campaigns in support of business goals.

Our platforms, 55places.com and Neighborhoods.com, invite users to imagine their life in a new area by providing a local’s perspective, including detailed descriptions and resident reviews of schools, amenities, and the surrounding community.

• Be an owner of the customer experience - have a complete and thorough understanding of the business process and the customer lifecycle.
• Lead all technical marketing automation efforts, coordinating with the marketing and development teams to handle projects that achieve the technology side of marketing goals.
• Assist marketing team with tasks that are technically oriented - implementing new workflows in a marketing automation tool such as Pardot, Marketo, or Eloqua.
• Work with our sales teams to understand customer challenges and how to best solve them.
• Build a scalable marketing strategy centered on automation and personalized experiences.
• Create customer segmentation for marketing campaigns.
• Be a self starter that is able to create new marketing ideas to drive your vision forward.
• Be data-oriented - pull data and create reports to determine the success of your campaigns.

Basic requirements to do the job:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising or Journalism, or equivalent experience
• Comprehensive understanding and experience managing paid social and display campaigns
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to analyze performance and communicate insights to various stakeholders
• Clear understanding of business & goals with ability to provide applicable recommendations
• Detail-oriented and proactive in recommending solutions to improve performance and efficiency
• High-level of written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working with Google Analytics
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM tools
• Strong Excel knowledge and skills
