About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to contribute to the strategy and execution across all communication touchpoints with our user base. This individual will be on the front lines, driving a more meaningful relationship between Fetch Rewards and the millions of users engaged in our platform. 

Responsibilities

  • Ideate, plan, execute, and measure success across a breadth of campaigns
  • Owning and driving key content pillars including our Referral Program, Pop Up program, and Sweepstakes
  • Operational management of user engagement campaigns
  • Rapid test, learn, and iteration for communication journey optimization
  • Monitoring and reporting KPIs for various campaigns 
  • Coordinating and communicating marketing efforts and metrics across departments
  • Supporting our campaign QA processes for about  ~5 hrs each week

Skills we believe you need for this position

  • College degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar experience
  • Phenomenal attention to detail
  • Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter
  • A sincere belief in the power of collaboration

Bonus points if you. . .

  • Have experience using a marketing automation or email service platform (ex.: MailChimp, Constant Contact, SalesForce, Iterable, etc.)
  • Have QA experience

Fetch Rewards has offices or co-working spaces in Madison, WI (Our HQ), Chicago, Boston, New York, San Francisco (in transition). We have remote employees in 39 states, and growing!
