Responsibilities:
- Support the Reverb marketing team and its Director as a project manager and team administrator across all marketing disciplines.
- Manage global scaling and translation of marketing campaigns.
- Execute planning, booking, logistics, and on-site execution for internal and external team events including: trade shows, offsites, photo shoots, and industry events.
- Oversee Reverb’s merch shop and all inventory management, ordering, shipping, communication, and swag.
- Coordinate Reverb’s print partnerships and manage deadlines for agreements, artwork distribution, and all assets necessary.
- Manage Reverb’s VIP program and support our growing base of VIP customers.
Requirements:
- Expert and focused project manager.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Motivated self-starter with a knack for bringing order to chaos.
- Interest in learning from and supporting a global marketing team.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with professionals of all levels.
- Passionate about music and challenging the status quo.
- Experience in marketing preferred.
