Who You Are:
PartySlate seeks a highly-motivated and strategic individual to join the marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Community Marketing Manager to grow and engage the B2B side of our marketplace. The Marketing Coordinator should possess strong research skills, an eye for high-quality design, and a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced organization. This is a contract-to-hire position.
Responsibilities might include:
Conduct market research to identify venues and event companies that would be a good fit for the PartySlate platform
Follow acquisition criteria to ensure all venues and event companies meet quality standards
Build profile pages for select venues and event companies to build platform inventory in key markets
Select photos and content for each venue and event company to ensure each profile page is content-rich and engaging for prospective clients
Use creative eye and attention to detail to choose only the highest-quality, professional photos for marketing materials
Own an acquisition quota to ensure the PartySlate marketing team and the organization reaches aggressive quarterly and annual goals
Assist with our community marketing efforts, as needed and delegated by the Community Marketing Manager, including ambassador program, event marketing, and social media
Maintain the integrity of the PartySlate brand and voice within all copy and imagery
Stay up-to-date on digital marketing, content marketing, and social media trends
Qualifications should likely include:
1+ years of relevant experience in marketing, social media, and/or digital media
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and rest of GSuite
Extremely strong research, writing, and editing skills
Ability to confidently communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization
Highly organized, self starter, and self motivator
Willingness to learn and perfect new skills
