Cribl is looking for a Marketing Director to drive our marketing strategy in the EMEA region. We are a fast-growing, remote-first company with a mission to unlock the value of all observability data. The mission of the Marketing Director, EMEA Region, is to align Cribl’s goals with the local needs of the region, delivering an integrated scalable marketing plan that spans awareness, public relations, thought leadership, demand generation, events, channel marketing, and customer engagement. The position requires a blend of marketing strategy and execution. You have the ability to build and manage relationships with external vendors, internal marketing, channel, and sales teams.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee the planning, production, and execution of all EMEA marketing activities
  • Support the sales and pipeline objectives for the EMEA region
  • Manage and expand Cribl’s brand perception in the region (across customers, press, partners, and other influencers)
  • Manage the local PR team and drive comms and awareness through local media outlets
  • Manage all onsite execution of field, channel, and partner activities, varying from large tradeshows to smaller local events or user groups
  • Work with the corporate demand generation team to drive the corporate campaigns to the local EMEA market, with the goals of opportunity pipeline generation, awareness, and channel partner marketing
  • Work with corporate channel marketing and sales to align channel programs, MDF guidelines, and partner-facing content in the region
  • Report on the ROI of regional marketing programs in SFDC, and manage a regional marketing budget
  • Communicate marketing strategy and activities to the EMEA team and represent the regional EMEA sales strategy and activities to the marketing team
  • Execute APAC regional marketing activity opportunistically


Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of regional marketing experience and management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic start up environment
  • Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed environment working with local sales, corporate and regional marketing, executives, and external vendors
  • Business-oriented marketer, capable of linking strategy to planning, through to execution
  • Experience in building, mentoring, and coaching a team of marketing professionals
  • Uses data to support intelligent decision making, without losing sight of the big picture
  • Fluent in English (other languages beneficial)
  • Ability to travel to other locations across Europe and occasionally the U.S.
  • Passion for results and performance oriented
