Role
The Marketing Director, Global Partner Programs is responsible for defining the strategy, development, execution, and measurement of global partner marketing programs that accelerate the Ensono growth strategy and drive revenue through partners. Primary responsibilities in this role include leading the creation and execution for strategic marketing initiatives, and helping to recruit, nurture and build the right partner ecosystem and marketing support infrastructure to ensure partners are able to drive opportunities. The Director will also oversee the effective management of the company’s partner relationship management (PRM) portal.

 

You will be a team leader acting as an advisor across the partner organization, helping identify opportunities to collaborate on marketing initiatives and best practices. This person will also work to showcase the value of the partner ecosystem by capturing success stories and working across the organization to raise the profile of partners. The Director will team closely with the partner business development teams to develop marketing programs that align with Ensono’s goals and support the regional and global partner goals.

 

This position will leverage market development funds (MDF) from Ensono channel partners to supplement a full spectrum of marketing tactics to ensure achievement of revenue growth. This role requires the ability to serve as both a strategist and a hands-on participant, creating innovative marketing programs and executing effective marketing activities with measurable results.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a world-class, results-based global partner marketing program that support Ensono’s business goals
  • Define and implement marketing campaigns that reflect Ensono’s global partnering strategies
  • Lead the identification and creation of assets, tools, and resources to support partners in driving activities and business growth
  • Ensure sufficient content and supporting material is available to partners to drive improved performance
  • Communicate meaningful results from key marketing programs to key stakeholders/executive leadership teams
  • Work in close collaboration with Ensono’s partner business development team to enhance the ability to reach prospects and enable relevant, targeted campaigns
  • Design, implement and drive effective budget management processes utilizing market development funds (MDF)

     

     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in partner or channel marketing
  • Proven record of creating and delivering successful partner strategies with the ability to switch between tactical and strategic initiatives
  • Experience managing a partner relationship management portal (PRM) is a big plus
  • Knowledge of the IT industry preferred
  • High degree of familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo preferred), CRM (Salesforce preferred), email marketing, & marketing analytics
  • Big picture thinker with meticulous attention to detail; you will need to understand the overall business and marketing strategy, translate that into a referral-acquisition strategy and guide the team through execution
  • Very strong written communication skills; copywriting, messaging
