CreditNinja is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to establish and lead our Affiliate and Digital Marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evolve strong partnerships programs with:
  • Lead providers and aggregators
  • Banks and non-bank lenders seeking to monetize turn-down volume
  • Personal finance application and website providers seeking referral partners
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify potential customer segments
  • Develop campaign strategies
  • Manage the creative development process (copy, design, etc.)
  • Coordinate with third-party ad placement vendors
  • Utilize SEO/SEM techniques to drive customer volume directly to CreditNinja’s website
• Develop and implement robust A/B and multivariate testing programs to optimize direct mail performance
• Analyze and report on customer and campaign performance, including audience, promotions, offer, messaging, creative, impressions, response rates, and conversion
• Actively monitor the direct and indirect competitive environment
• Potential to grow into Marketing Manager role

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or other business-related/quantitative fields of study
• 2-5 years’ experience working in affiliate and digital marketing
• 2+ years’ experience working in consumer lending
• Strong quantitative analytical skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with SQL and HTML preferred
