Marketing Associate – Affiliate & Digital

CreditNinja is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to establish and lead our Affiliate and Digital Marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve strong partnerships programs with:
- Lead providers and aggregators
- Banks and non-bank lenders seeking to monetize turn-down volume
- Personal finance application and website providers seeking referral partners
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns
- Identify potential customer segments
- Develop campaign strategies
- Manage the creative development process (copy, design, etc.)
- Coordinate with third-party ad placement vendors
- Utilize SEO/SEM techniques to drive customer volume directly to CreditNinja’s website
- Develop and implement robust A/B and multivariate testing programs to optimize direct mail performance
- Analyze and report on customer and campaign performance, including audience, promotions, offer, messaging, creative, impressions, response rates, and conversion
- Actively monitor the direct and indirect competitive environment
- Potential to grow into Marketing Manager role
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or other business-related/quantitative fields of study
- 2-5 years’ experience working in affiliate and digital marketing
- 2+ years’ experience working in consumer lending
- Strong quantitative analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SQL and HTML preferred
