The Integrated Marketing Program Manager is a newly-created role that owns the overall integrated marketing calendar. This role partners with key stakeholders to ensure the calendar is updated, communicated, driving towards revenue goals and executed effectively. This role will be responsible for managing the overall campaign process to ensure campaigns are brought to life and to manage campaigns directly where needed. This role works closely with the International Operations team to ensure global application and localization.

What your day could consist of:

  • Own and maintain the cross-channel integrated marketing calendar
  • Create campaign briefs that communicate the purpose and goals of the campaign, drive the implementation through project plans and deliver quality programs on-time and on-budget
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing team to ensure alignment with various personas and customer segmentation
  • Partner with the International Operations team to ensure alignment with regional marketing goals and strategies
  • As needed, build or assist in building marketing plans and campaigns that span across paid acquisition, paid search, email, mobile, and affiliate
  • Understand the AC product in great detail to be able to articulate campaign goals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate campaign performance into reports including marketing briefs, competitive analyses, and campaign recap decks
  • Assist in overall AC branding efforts

What is needed:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an integrated marketing program role, ideally supporting a SaaS product 
  • Experience aligning on strategic direction and supporting global and regional strategies that requires input from multiple teams
  • Able to draw insights from data and create compelling campaigns that align with company goals
  • A good balance of creative, strategic and operational thinking
  • Proven ability to execute and deliver projects successfully in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Able to jump between strategy and hands-on execution seamlessly
  • Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills with proven ability to get things done
