Department OverviewThe Global Marketing Operations team is responsible for the management, measurement, and tracking of marketing strategies and tactics supporting the business and sales objectives for the company. This function is part of the Global Digital Marketing Strategy & Ops team, which is responsible for the thoughtful use of various marketing technologies to drive engagement and interest in our solutions with our customers. The team manages our entire martech stack, including the marketing automation platform that our marketers rely on for efficient campaign management.
Job Description
This candidate is passionate about Marketing Technology and understands the value that data and analytics can bring to the B2B world. You will be responsible for aligning people, process, and technology to organize marketing execution for the team. Additionally, you will maintain and govern the global marketing automation system for Video Security & Access Control and arm the marketing organization with the tools they need to be successful. A successful candidate will own the marketing technology stack and ensure digital marketing execution, accurate lead delivery, follow up, action, tracking and reporting.
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
Work closely with stakeholders from the business to drive prioritization of feature requests and initiatives in Eloqua, integrating systems, and reporting tools.
Work closely with stakeholders from the business team to architect technology solutions needed to drive alignment of business needs and lead discussions to arrive at mutually agreeable solution options.
Organize, manage and oversee projects and initiatives in the Marketing Automation platform
Maintain GDPR regulatory and compliance requirements across marketing platforms supported.
Work with Digital Campaign Managers to implement programs within Eloqua and integrate platforms to meet business requirements while incorporating standardization and industry best practices.
Work independently as needed to resolve issues within Marketing platforms and advise users on standards and best practices.
Train and develop teams on Marketing Automation best practices and lead management processes
Proactively manage and maintain Database management for the whole of the marketing utilizing best practices to ensure a clean and accurate database.
Ensure efficient and successful management, closure, and reporting of marketing and sales-generated leads
Partner with sales organization to continually improve lead management processes and measurement
Preferred Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of marketing automation and platform management, Eloqua a plus.
Advanced knowledge of Eloqua platform features and functionalities including program builder, custom data objects, data upload mechanisms, data analysis etc.
Advanced knowledge of integrations between Eloqua, Salesforce and other third party vendors.
Advanced knowledge of lead management processes
Working knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics,Tableau, etc.
Experience developing and implementing new processes and technologies, while driving adoption and compliance
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet deliverables within the established timeframes
Uses data to answer complex business questions
Experience interacting with Sales, IT, Marketing teams and Senior Leadership
Basic Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience
