We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Manager responsible for reporting, tracking and optimizing KPIs for cross-channel digital marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish a deep understanding of business goals and objectives, dig into our marketing automation and CRM data to build reports and execute on digital tactics and make recommendations to improve engagement in our marketing and sales pipelines, based on key data
• Manage all aspects of HubSpot including systems administration, creation of marketing assets including but not limited to emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows, and act as the technical point of contact
• Lead the HubSpot chat operations working closely with Sales Development on ensuring quick response times and proper handling of all chat visitors and conversations
• Support department leadership in the creation of a marketing and sales analytics strategy with consistent methodologies and deliverables
• Hypothesize ways to improve content performance, and run A/B tests to optimize results
• Assist the internal team in deriving or understanding the “story” within the data and identifying actionable insights from the data
• Oversee a range of tracking and reporting, manage initiatives, and drive strategic process enhancements all focused on improving lead follow-up and marketing attribution
• Improve the enablement of leads for sales, identify opportunities to improve lead routing logic, and work across stakeholders in to ensure leads are being assigned and actioned in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working B2B and/or digital marketing required
• Proven experience managing marketing automation systems, ideally HubSpot with Account-Based Marketing tools
• Experience with mining data, reviewing analytics, and making recommendations with regard to marketing spending
• Knowledge of inbound marketing, campaign strategy and management, A/B testing, conversion optimization
• Great Communicator: You are adept in written and verbal communications skills and an ease in presenting ideas to audiences at various levels of seniority
• Ability to multitask while maintaining careful attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Effective problem solving and organizational skills
